Begin on I-694 West, follow signs to merge onto I-94 West.
Take exit for Maple Grove Parkway (County Rd 30). Turn right (East) at the top of the exit. Proceed one block and turn right onto Upland Lane. Turn left into the first parking lot, we are in the Grove Health Professional Building. From I-494 North (Western Suburbs):
Begin on I-494 North, follow signs to merge onto I-94 West.
Take exit for Maple Grove Parkway (County Rd 30). Turn right (East) at the top of the exit. Proceed one block and turn right onto Upland Lane. Turn left into the first parking lot, we are in the Grove Health Professional Building From I-94 East:
Begin on I-94 East. Take exit for Maple Grove Parkway (County Rd 30). Turn left at the top of the exit. Proceed back over the Interstate and go one block further, turn right onto Upland Lane. Turn left into the first parking lot, we are in the Grove Health Professional Building.
