Grove Health Dental

After starting his career in the community clinic setting, he founded Grove Health Dental in 2007 with the mission of providing high quality comprehensive dentistry for the entire family in a setting that is both genuine and personal. Dr. Francis has further pursued his education in several areas of dentistry, including clear aligner orthodontics (SureSmile), placement and restoration of dental implants, dental sleep medicine including sleep apnea appliances and his favorite of all, cosmetic dentistry, which includes complete smile makeovers. He is a member of DOCS sedation, allowing him to keep up on the latest and safest methods of delivering oral conscious sedation for most of the services we provide.  He has a strong interest in functional health and wellness.  His vision is to further incorporate functional health and medicine into the field of dentistry.

He and his wife, Michelle, live in Maple Grove with their three children, Avery, Drew and Brynn.

Starting her career in dentistry as a dental hygienist, Dr. Janna has gained substantial experience in multiple clinic settings before joining Grove Health Dental in 2019. She strives to create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment providing her patients with quality comprehensive dental care tailored to her patients’ individualized needs and goals. Dr. Janna is most passionate about the airway; screening for pediatric and adult sleep apnea, tongue ties, enlarged tonsils, myofunctional problems, occlusal and orthodontic issues, etc. She wants you getting all the oxygen you were meant to breathe!

 

Dr. Janna prioritizes keeping up with technology advances and continuing education to better serve her patients. She has completed advanced training in cosmetic and therapeutic/TMJ Botox administration, Bioclear cosmetic bonding procedures, Myobrace myofunctional appliances, Obstructive Sleep Apnea treatment, pediatric dentistry, clear aligner orthodontics (Invisalign and SureSmile), and oral conscious sedation.  She is a member of DOCS which allows her to keep up with the safest methods for oral conscious sedation for many of the procedures she performs. Dr. Janna is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Minnesota Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and a Spear Study/Education Club.  She enjoys volunteer work and giving back to those in need.  Locally, she has volunteered for Give Kids a Smile, Mission of Mercy, and Union Gospel Mission. She has been on a couple mission trips to St. Paul Island, Alaska and Guatemala doing dental work for their underserved communities.
